The Challenge

An ERP consulting company needed a way to help prospects self-select the right ERP solution before ever speaking to a consultant — turning what is normally a long, advisory-heavy sales conversation into something a prospect could start on their own. The tool needed to ask the right questions across multiple steps, produce a credible recommendation immediately, and make it easy for a qualified prospect to book a personal consultation without losing momentum.

What We Built

ERP Advisor — a web-based, multi-screen questionnaire built with Vue.js, HTML5, and CSS on the frontend, backed by a PHP and MySQL/MariaDB backend. Prospects work through a guided, multi-step questionnaire covering their business needs, and the tool generates a tailored ERP recommendation, presented both on-screen and as a downloadable PDF. From there, prospects can book a personal consultation directly, carrying their questionnaire responses and recommendation into the conversation. As the Full Application Lifecycle Management partner, exbisoft owned the platform end to end, from design through ongoing development and support.

What It Delivers

  • Multi-step web questionnaire guiding prospects to a tailored ERP recommendation
  • Recommendation delivered both on-screen and as a downloadable PDF
  • Direct path from recommendation to booking a personal consultation, without losing momentum
  • Self-service qualification tool that surfaces sales-ready prospects before a consultant ever gets involved
  • Full Application Lifecycle Management — design, development, and ongoing support all owned by exbisoft
